I am writing this letter of reference on behalf of Aeroflow Healthcare. Weaverville Family Medicine Associates, P.A. partnered with Aeroflow about five years ago to handle all of our respiratory testing and patient DME needs.

To-date, they have responded in a timely and professional manner to our patients and our staff, and go out of their way to resolve any issues that arise. The equipment they have provided is of the highest quality, resulting in excellent healthcare to both our on-site and our home-bound patients.

Aeroflow partners with me and my staff to simplify the process, while providing superior care for the patient. They really go above and beyond!

We use AEROFLOW because the referral process is so easy for us and the testing is so convenient for the patients! We also have a really nice AEROFLOW representative!

This letter is in reference to the services our office, Sulphur Springs Health Center, P.A., receives from AeroFlow Healthcare. Our history and partnership with AeroFlow goes back over ten years. This company has been our primary resource for respiratory testing and filling our patients' DME needs.

AeroFlow has always been very responsive and professional, making sure all requests for DME services and pulmonary testing is done with the highest quality and integrity. This allows our patients, both on-site and home-bound, to have excellent respiratory helthcare. If any issues arise between AeroFlow and our patients or with our office, the staff is extremely proficient in resolving these issues.

Our office would recommend AeroFlow to any office that is seeking DME suppliers and respiratory services. We are extremely happy with all the services our office receives and with the customer services that AeroFlow provides.

We have been referring patients to AeroFlow Healthcare for several years now. They provide excellent customer service and patient relations in all aspects of Oxygen Home Therapy, DME, and Overnight Sleep studies from the office to the patient's home. We use their Respiratory Therapists for in-office Oxygen Saturation Walk Test. The Therapists are very courteous and aware of the patient needs an limitations related to these tests and flexible to our patient's schedules. They provide high quality equipment and if there is a problem with the equipment they provide prompt 24 hour customer service. The Customer Service Representatives that visit the office are very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go the "extra mile" for all patient needs.

Our professional working relationship with AeroFlow Healtcare has been pleasant for staff and patients.
