Office ManagerWe have been referring patients to AeroFlow Healthcare for several years now. They provide excellent customer service and patient relations in all aspects of Oxygen Home Therapy, DME, and Overnight Sleep studies from the office to the patient's home. We use their Respiratory Therapists for in-office Oxygen Saturation Walk Test. The Therapists are very courteous and aware of the patient needs an limitations related to these tests and flexible to our patient's schedules. They provide high quality equipment and if there is a problem with the equipment they provide prompt 24 hour customer service. The Customer Service Representatives that visit the office are very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go the "extra mile" for all patient needs.
Our professional working relationship with AeroFlow Healthcare has been pleasant for staff and patients.
